Ingredients
  

  • 2 large beetroot
  • 1/2 cup of tahini
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 lemons (juiced)
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Boil the beetroot until soft, and then remove the skin under cold water. 
  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
